Policy Guidelines
- A sales receipt/invoice is required for any return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges are only allowed from the same Milan pharmacy branch where the item was purchased.
- Returns are allowed within 72 hours of the purchase date.
⮞ Note: Milk products can only be returned within 24 hours. - All returned items must be in original condition, unopened, and in the same packaging as when purchased.
- Refrigerated items (or those that must be stored in a refrigerator) cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines for your safety.
- Used, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
